Born and raised in Charm City, Maura followed her sense of adventure west to San Francisco after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Maryland. An award-winning, versatile designer, she brings more than 25 years of experience transforming ideas into meaningful brand experiences.
Before founding Wednesday Seven, Maura spent 15 years working in the nonprofit and education sectors, shaping her deep understanding of mission-driven organizations. Today, she and the Wednesday Seven team specialize in supporting nonprofits, independent schools, and hospitality brands through strategic design, compelling storytelling, and carefully crafted visual systems.
The studio’s work spans digital platforms and print media, with a diverse portfolio that reflects both creative range and disciplined execution. Known for innovative layouts, clear hierarchy, and strong attention to detail, Wednesday Seven consistently delivers high-quality work on time and within budget.
